Raman is a UK trained Chartered Mechanical Engineer (C.Eng.MIMechE). He is also a registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with the Board of Engineers (BEM), Malaysia. Raman has over 35 years of multi-national Safety & Engneering management experience in the chemical & industrial manufacturing business, both in the United Kingdom & Asia Pacific Region. He has spearheaded the successful design and execution of critical business and manufacturing related Safety, Health & Environmental initiatives that have underpinned year on year world class performances for regional & global manufacturing organisations - making workplaces safer, healthier and more profitable. A recognized leader of International Safety Management with an extensive and strong track record in the chemical and industrial manufacturing business, Raman is passionately committed to working with senior business and manufacturing leaders in constructing world class partnering strategies, to promote a zero injury culture. Raman is accountable for the sales and profitability growth and directing South East Asia (SEA) business.
Mark is an industrial Regulatory Toxicologist with over 36 years’ experience in toxicology and global regulatory affairs within different sectors of the chemical industry including general chemicals, polymers, films, & specialty chemicals. Mark has robust hands-on practical experience of all aspects of industrial toxicology from toxicology testing, contracting, occupational health, risk assessment, product registration & regulatory compliance to litigation defence. Mark has over 20 years’ experience managing trade associations in Europe & North America & sits on several European, US & UK, National regulatory panels & workgroups. Mark is a senior member of the European Centre for Ecotoxicology and Toxicology of Chemicals (ECETOC) Scientific Committee & has worked on, chaired & directed numerous task forces on chemical & regulatory issues. Currently Mark’s client base covers all 3 regions of the world. Mark provides a relatively unique service drawing upon his practical experience in a wide range of disciplines & his extensive range of contacts within industry, academia & regulatory agencies across the world.

Wai Ching obtained her BSc. (Hons) in Industrial Chemistry from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), in 2006. Wai Ching previously worked for a national adhesive business for 3 years, with strong focus on research & development of new products to market. Wai Ching is also a qualified 5S facilitator. Wai Ching has full oversight & accountability for Safety Data Sheet (SDS) creation & format, in its totality, including hazard classification, labelling & regulatory affairs compliance. Wai Ching's scope includes managing all necessary liasion efforts with global sales, toxicology & regulatory compliance experts to meet customer needs & to enrich & grow the phrase database
Satesh is a UK trained Chartered Mechanical Engineer and a Fellow of The Institution of Mechanical Engineers, UK (C.Eng.FIMechE). He is also a registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng) with the Board of Engineers (BEM), Malaysia. Satesh is fully accountable for managing profitability, growth, strategic market review & entry, and delivering business targets for the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) business unit. Under his leadership, the business successfully penetrated the Japanese markets and continues to strongly deliver key business targets for the EU and USA sectors. Satesh has direct oversight for driving the penetration strategy construct and execution for markets in Korea and mainland China.

Kushaalini obtained her BSc. (Hons) in Biotechnology from INTI International University, Nilai, Malaysia. Kushaa‘s Final Year Project involved research on Antimicrobial Effect of Momordica charantia and Azadiratcha indica against clinically important pathogens. Kushaa also completed her sixteen (16) week internship internship bound to an oleochemical company , responsible for quality control and standard testing of soap products. Kusha is responsible for creating core & national language Safety Data Sheet (SDS), including documentation preparation for exposure scenarios & product labels for Asia Pacific, EU, US & Canada customers.
Joanne obtained her BSc. (Hons) in Biotechnology from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, (UTAR), Malaysia, in 2010. Joanne started work with Taylor’s University, School of Biosciences, as a scientific officer, driving the facilitation & efficient operation of laboratory classes for large student groups. Joanne joined BiPa in 2013 and is focused on creating core & national language Safety Data Sheet (SDS), including documentation preparation for exposure scenarios & product labels for Asia Pacific, EU, US & Canada customers.

Thiviya is a SDS compiler in the KL office. Thiviya obtained her BSc. (Hons) in Chemistry from University of Malaya, (UM), Malaysia in 2018. She completed her final year research project on simultaneous extraction of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons and Phthalate Esters (PAHs and PAEs) in an aqueous solution. Thiviya is responsible for creating core and national language Safety Data Sheet (SDS), including documentation preparation for exposure scenarios and product labels for Asia Pacific, EU, US and Canada customers.
Ranisha is a SDS Compiler in the KL office. Ranisha obtained her BSc. (Hons) in Biotechnology from Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS), Malaysia, in 2017. Ranisha's Final Year Project involved research on bioethanol production. Ranisha also completed a twelve (12) week internship with an end-to-end animalhealth solution company, responsible for R&D acitivities on animal health, food safety and agriculture. Ranisha is responsible for creating core & national language Safety Data Sheet (SDS), including documentation preparation for exposure scenarios & product labels for Asia Pacific, EU, US & Canada customers.
